Matthew Settle talks about working with Miley on “So Undercover”

As the devastatingly handsome actor is readying for the worldwide theatrical release of his upcoming motion picture comedy “So Undercover” playing professor Talloway opposite his co-star, international teen sensation, Miley Cyrus, Matthew Settle was gracious enough to take the time out of his busy schedule to ‘settle’ down (pun intended) for a minute and give us the latest gossip on his life, Gossip Girl, and his upcoming projects.

You’re playing a dad on TV and in your upcoming movie with Miley Cyrus you’re stepping into the shoes of a professor. Do you think you’ve sort of been typecast as the “educator” or perhaps “father figure” role model for teenagers?

Not really. In fact it’s one of the reasons why I’m co-producing a feature film right now because I’m going to be playing a womanizer. There are so many outlets for media today and I think that if you carefully choose you can absolutely diversify.

How was your experience working with Miley Cyrus?

She’s really interesting. She was well spoken and charming to be around. I thought she was as professional as anybody else I’ve worked with. I also thought she handles the pressure of where she is very well.
